WELCOME TO LA LAURA DI PAESTUM
La Laura di Paestum - Case Vacanze is part of a newly built house, completed in February 2023, which it occupies the entire ground floor with a large exclusive courtyard and car park for the its guests.
The accomodations consist of mini-apartments measuring approximately 40㎡. They are composed of living room-kitchen, large bedroom with double bed (we can add up two more beds on request), bathroom, small external private terrace, parking space. All rooms are air conditioned, with flat screen TV and free WIFI connection.

Ho trascorso una settimana di vacanza presso questa struttura in compagnia della mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per l'ottima accoglienza dei proprietari della struttura sia per la qualità dell'alloggio che è di recente costruzione e dotato di tutti i confort. Vediamo se è il caso l'anno prossimo vorrei ritornarci.

Ho trascorso una settimana di ferie con la mia famiglia ad agosto presso questa struttura e conto ritornarci l'anno prossimo poichè sono rimasta molto soddisfatta sia per la cortesia dei proprietari della struttura, sia per la qualità superiore dell'alloggio ove sono stata ospitata che è nuovo e rifinito con eleganza in tutti gli ambienti e dotato di tutto quanto occorre per un soggiornare senza portare nulla da casa.
Delizioso
Struttura molto bella e funzionale sita in un luogo incantevole tra mare e pineta. I dintorni sono ricchi di arte e cultura.

Additional beds: a daily fee of 25,00 € per person is required for the duration of the stay. Maximum two additional beds.
Late check-out: fee of 40 € till 2:00 pm and 80 € till 8:00 pm.

Return of deposit during office hours, otherwise penalty loss of deposit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art.1 Upon delivery of the keys of the accommodation, the tenant pays as a deposit the sum of 100.00 euros; this sum will be refunded by the landlord to the tenant at the end of the stay after the verification that the rented accommodation is returned in order, without any damage.
Art.2 The check-in time on the first day of stay is fixed between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If the keys are not collected by the tenant on the agreed day and time, the contract is terminated and the landlord has the right to withhold the deposit as partial compensation for damages.
Art.3 The check-out time on the last day of stay is fixed and the delivery of the keys from the tenant to the landlord must take place before 9:00 am. The landlord after having assessed the absence of damages and normal cleaning of the kitchenette, returns the deposit to the tenant.
Art.4 The amounts shown in the price list include a weekly stay for two people; upon customer request it is possible to have the addition of up to a maximum of two more beds and therefore accommodate up to four people. This service has a surcharge fee of 25.00 euros per day for each additional unit for the entire period of the stay. This amount, added to the basic price as per the price list, constitutes the total for the calculation and payment of the deposit and the subsequent balance of the price.
Art.5 At the end of the stay, the tenant hands over the keys of the accommodation.
Art.6 It is strictly forbidden to introduce animals of any species into the rented property.
